Any claims for non-delivery, shortages or damaged items, will only be accepted if received in writing within 5 working days of the date of delivery.
 
On receipt of this notification we will verify the claim before informing you of the next stage in the process. This will cover advice on and whether you need to return the goods, and arrangements for credits.
 
All goods returned to Fragrance Cottage must be securely packaged to avoid further damage occurring during transit. Note, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us, and we cannot accept any responsibility of the order until it arrives in our warehouse. So we always recommend you return packages using an insured and traceable service. Please ensure you include a copy of the delivery note or invoice, clearly displaying your name, contact details and order number. If you would like to return goods, please contact us at sales@fragrancecottage.co.uk, so we know to expect your shipment.
